01 · Platform
The Consortium Law platform is a single, institution-grade operating system for member firms. Marketing, intake, case-development technology, back-office administration, finance and treasury, and analytics — delivered as a subscription, priced as a fixed line item.
The platform
Each layer is engineered to institutional standards and shared across the network. A member firm consumes what it needs; Consortium runs the rest.
A unified brand system, digital-first marketing, a national content library, coordinated media planning, and analytics-driven lead attribution. Consortium owns the brand and licenses it to member firms under a written coalition agreement.
A conversational intake surface, structured-data capture, ethical-screening automation, and case-development workflows that hand off to the attorney of record with an audit-log trail. Every AI output ships as a draft; a licensed attorney finalizes.
Payroll, HR, benefits administration, IT and cybersecurity, procurement, facilities support, and insurance program management. One vendor stack. One compliance program. Managed centrally, reported firm-by-firm.
Firm-level bookkeeping, treasury operations, KPI reporting, budget-vs-actual analytics, and executive dashboards. The managing partner sees their own firm; Consortium sees the coalition. Neither sees the other's confidential detail.
A coordinated capital program — growth financing, marketing acceleration facilities, and coalition-scale credit relationships. Structured so the borrower is the management company or a downstream financing vehicle, not the practicing law firm.
Engineering standard
The platform is architected as one product, not a bundle of point tools. A shared identity layer, a shared audit log, a single source of truth for firm and matter data, and end-to-end observability across every layer.
Compliance is not a policy PDF. Rule 5.4 boundaries are enforced at the surface where they matter — in the intake workflow, in the case-development handoff, in the finance ledger, and in the compensation model of every Consortium employee.
New member firms are onboarded in weeks, not quarters. Legacy tooling is replaced on a scheduled cutover with clear preservation of client data and matter continuity.
Platform walkthroughs are conducted by the managing principal — a working demonstration of the intake surface, the case-development workflow, the finance dashboard, and the compliance audit log, staged against a live member firm's anonymized configuration.
