Every service is priced as a fixed, objectively calculated line item — documented in the member firm agreement and audited against an outside-counsel-approved fee schedule. Consortium is never paid a percentage of legal fees.
National brand strategy, digital-first paid media, SEO and content, PR, and referral-network management. Attribution reporting at the campaign, matter, and firm level. Consortium owns the brand and licenses it under the coalition agreement.
A twenty-four-hour intake surface, structured-data capture, ethical screening, jurisdictional routing, and clean handoff to the attorney of record. Every prospective client is routed to a licensed attorney at a member firm; Consortium personnel never provide legal advice.
The case operating system, document management, secure messaging, calendar and deadline tracking, e-signature, e-filing integration, and cybersecurity. One stack. One vendor list. One security posture across the network.
Payroll, benefits, HR compliance, procurement, facilities, and vendor management. Delivered centrally, reported per-firm. The managing partner sees the operations report; the practicing attorney never touches vendor onboarding.
Firm-level bookkeeping, month-end close, treasury operations, tax preparation coordination, trust-account reconciliation support, and executive reporting. Consortium provides bookkeeping and controls; the member firm authorizes every disbursement.
Bar-compliance calendaring, CLE tracking, malpractice-insurance program administration, conflicts-check infrastructure, and privacy and data-security programs. The Rule 5.4 boundary is monitored continuously; every quarterly board review includes a compliance report.
Growth financing structured so the borrower is the management company or an affiliated financing vehicle. Marketing-acceleration facilities, receivables financing coordinated with independent litigation-finance partners, and coalition-scale institutional credit relationships.
Fee model
Every service is priced as a fixed monthly fee tied to objectively measurable inputs — headcount, seat count, matter volume, or infrastructure consumption. None of it is a percentage of legal fees or a bonus tied to case outcomes.
The fee schedule is documented in the coalition agreement, reviewed annually by outside counsel, and reported to each member firm's managing partner. Consortium's compensation is transparent, predictable, and structurally independent of the practice of law.
This is not a legal formality. It is the operating premise of the platform.
The full fee schedule and a redacted coalition agreement are shared under NDA with prospective member firms. Access begins with a managing-principal introduction.
